On May 25, 2026, the 150,000-ton Smart Natural Water Production Plant of , constructed by , was officially completed and put into operation.

As a major industrial project in Lanzhou, Gansu Province, and a landmark project supporting the city’s “Strengthening Industry” strategy and “1139” development framework, the new facility integrates intelligent manufacturing, green low-carbon operations, industrial tourism, and industry-academia-research collaboration. It is expected to become a new benchmark for the bottled water industry in Northwest China and beyond.

With a total investment of RMB 100 million, the project introduces advanced IoT and AI technologies to achieve full-process intelligent management from water source to end-user delivery. Designed and delivered to high standards, the factory demonstrates high-quality construction and rapid commissioning, injecting new momentum into regional industrial development.

Facing Lanzhou’s harsh climate conditions — including intense UV exposure, sandstorms, and significant day-night temperature differences — as well as chlorine corrosion challenges caused by workshop sterilization processes, WISKIND customized a complete PEB integrated steel structure solution for the project.

The factory roofing system adopts the SR6® Standing Seam Roofing System, which supports direct installation of 1.5 MW photovoltaic modules, helping enable localized clean energy consumption and greener operations.

The wall system uses COLORGEM® Sandwich Panels with PVDF fluorocarbon coating to resist UV radiation and sand erosion. In key production areas such as the filling workshop and water treatment zones, fluorocarbon-coated inner roof panels were applied to address chlorine corrosion challenges, ensuring long-term durability throughout the building lifecycle.
